Alpiq Romindustries, Elsid Titu Lose Over RON400M In Suits With Hidroelectrica

State-owned power producer Hidroelectrica won the suit with energy trader Alpiq Romindustries and will not pay damages worth RON398 million for the decision of Hidroelectrica’s legal administrator Euro Insol to denounce the bilateral energy contract.
