Armax Gaz OKs 10% Stake Buyback For RON12.2M

Romanian oil and gas equipment maker Armax Gaz Medias (ARAX.RO) approved a plan to buy back up to 10% of its shares for a maximum amount of 12.2 million lei (EUR2.96 million), the company said in a statement Monday.
