Borza: Hidroelectrica Must Sell 15% For EUR500M Or IPO Is Off

The Romanian government should sell the 15% stake in state-owned power producer Hidroelectrica for EUR500 million, or the initial public offering on the Bucharest Bourse is canceled, according to Remus Borza, the general manager of Hidroelectrica’s legal administrator, Euro Insol.
