Catalin Bulboaca Steps Down From Oltchim's Board

Adrian-Catalin Bulboaca, managing partner of law firm Bulboaca & Asociatii, resigned Wednesday from its position of interim member of the Board of Romanian chemical producer Oltchim Ramnicu-Valcea (OLT.RO), citing personal reasons, the company said Thursday.
