CE Oltenia Shortlists CFR Marfa, GFR For Coal Transport Contract

State-run rail freight carrier CFR Marfa and an association including rivals Grup Feroviar Roman, or GFR, have been selected in the final round of an auction to win a three-year contract to transport coal for energy holding CE Oltenia, people familiar with the matter told Mediafax Friday.
