Constitutional Court To Issue Ruling In Electrica Moldova-E.ON Litigation - Sources

The Romanian Constitutional Court will decide if granting up to 10% of former electricity producer Electrica Moldova to its employees is constitutional, after the International Court of Arbitration in Paris admitted a request filed by German utility group E.ON to refer the matter to the Romanian court.
