Dafora Hikes Share Capital By RON2.8M

Romanian drilling company Dafora Medias (DAFR.RO) increased its share capital to 100.2 million lei (EUR23.4 million), below the planned level, after shareholders subscribed shares worth RON2.8 million, the company said in a statement Tuesday.
