EC Refers Romania To Court For Not Implementing EU Rules On Alternative Fuels Infrastructure

The European Commission on Thursday decided to refer Romania and Malta to the European Union’s Court of Justice as the two countries failed to notify their national policy frameworks under the European Union directive on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure.
