ELCEN Wants To Borrow RON200M To Buy Fuel

Romanian state-run electricity and thermal power producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti (ELCEN) wants to borrow 200 million lei (EUR45 million) from banks to buy fuel for energy production between October 2013 and March 2014.
