Electrica Has To Recoup EUR380M, But Borrows To Finance Its Activity

Electrica, the only electricity distribution and supply company still in the portfolio of the Romanian state, says it has to recoup RON1.6 billion (EUR380.9 million) from companies to which it delivered electricity, but which forgot to pay their bills, with the biggest debtors being CFR and Oltchim, both controlled by the state.
