Electrica Proposes Gross Dividend Of RON0.45/Share To Its Shareholders

Electrica (EL.RO), one of the main players on the energy supply and distribution market in Romania, seeks to pay out total dividends worth RON152.8 million, respectively 50% of the individual net profit after the distribution to the legal reserve, corresponding to a gross dividend of RON0.45 per share.
