Electrica Seeks EUR375M Deal With Enel For Unit Shares

Romanian state-run energy company Electrica plans to sell 13.47% of its 23.57% stake in power distributor Electrica Muntenia Sud to Italian utility Enel in a bid to raise approximately EUR375 million, Finance Minister Florin Georgescu said Tuesday.
