Electrica To Sell 15% Stakes In Its Distribution Units

Romanian state-run power company Electrica SA will sell stakes of 15% in each of its distribution units on the Bucharest bourse and will hire legal advisers by mid-February, according to a draft decision of the Economy Ministry.
