Electrocentrale Deva To Lay Off 100 People This Year, 200 More Next Year

One hundred employees of the total 1,531 working at electrical plant Electrocentrale Deva, in western Romania, will be laid off in September and 200 others will lose their jobs next year, according to a Government-endorsed plan to cut jobs in three state-owned energy companies.
