Eolica Dobrogea Sues Authorities For EUR118M Over Power Grid Connection

Eolica Dobrogea, working for Spanish Iberdrola, sued energy regulator ANRE and state-owned power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO), along with the operator’s former general manager, claiming damages of EUR118 million per year, for refusal to connect a wind farm to the power grid.
