Farmer: Rapeseed Has Never Looked Better. This May Be Another Record Year

Signs so far show 2013 will be a good year for farmers, when they may see record results similar to 2011, a year regarded as one of the best in decades. This is what Victor Chivu, a farmer that works 2,700 hectares of arable land and owns a cattle farm in Contesti, Teleorman (south of the country) said.
