Former BCR Director To Coordinate Hidroelectrica’s IPO

Euro Insol, legal administrator for Romania's insolvent power producer Hidroelectrica, has hired Stefan Frangulea, former director within local lender BCR, to coordinate the sale of Hidroelectrica’s 123 micro power plants and the initial public offering of a 15% stake.
