French Filasa Buys Wind Farm Projects For 400 MW In E Romania

French group Filasa International bought three wind farm projects in eastern Romania, with a total projected capacity of more than 400 MW, according to law firm Popovici Nitu & Asociatii, which assisted Filasa in the transaction.
