GDF SUEZ Energy Romania Raises Its Stake In Congaz To 99.72%

GDF SUEZ Energy Romania on Monday said it raised its stake in natural gas distributor Congaz to 99.72% from 85.77% after acquiring a 13.95% stake held by constructions company Petroconst Constanta.
