Hidroelectrica Administrator: Bad Management Widespread In State-Owned Companies

Hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, which filed for insolvency on June 20, is not the only Romanian state-owned enterprise plagued by bad management, as many of the companies controlled by the ministries of Economy and of Transport have similar problems, said Remus Borza, the head of Euro Insol, Hidroelectrica's legal administrator.
