Hidroelectrica Pays RON1B Dividends From 2016 Profit

Romania’s state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica will pay entirely the dividends for 2016, in the amount of RON1.035 billion, to its two shareholders, namely, the Energy Ministry, which owns 80% of its share capital, and to investment fund Fondul Proprietatea, which holds 19.9%.
