Hidroelectrica Sells RON25M Worth Of Electricity, Below Target

Romania’s insolvent power company Hidroelectrica has raised just 24.8 million lei (EUR5.4 million) at its electricity auctions this week, well below target, after it was forced to cancel a batch of tenders due to lack of bids.
