Hidroelectrica Sells Three Micro Hydropower Plants For RON5M

Romania's state owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, undergoing insolvency, sold, at the end of March, only three of a total 33 micro hydropower plants put up for sale, for 5 million lei (EUR1.1 million), the equivalent of the starting price.
