KMG Reconfirms Commitments On Investment Fund And Offer For Rompetrol Rafinare Shares

KMG International has reconfirmed its commitments assumed in the memorandum of understanding signed with Romanian government regarding the investment fund and the participation in the privatization of a 27% stake of Rompetrol Rafinare, the company said in a statement.
