Minister: Romania Least Competitive EU Country Due To Energy Prices

Romania is the least competitive European Union country because of electricity prices and made a mistake when applying a green certificate scheme to support the production of green power which enables producers to recover investments in only two years, Communications Minister Dan Nica said Sunday.
