MOL Appoints New CEO At Romanian Unit

Hungarian oil and gas group MOL appointed Sunday Kinga Ágnes Daradics as chief executive officer and country retail manager of the Romanian subsidiary, replacing Szabolcs Ferencz.
Ferencz was promoted to the helm of the newly created Corporate Affairs division, and Daradics replaced him starting May 1.
Daradics has been with MOL since 2003, running the fuel card division.
MOL is present on the Romanian fuel market through a network of 126 gas stations.
