Moody's Cuts Hidroelectrica's Ratings By Four Notches To B2

Moody's Investors Service on Wednesday downgraded to B2 from Ba1 the long-term corporate family rating and probability of default rating of Romanian state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, and placed the company's ratings on review for further downgrade.
