Oil Price Decline Had No Effect On Fuel Prices In Romania

The price of the oil barrel has fluctuated heavily in 2011; from a peak of $114.53 in April, it plunged to $76.39 at the beginning of October. This trend, however, did not induce any response in the oil companies in Romania, so that fuel became only 4% cheaper while the oil barrel moved from peak to valley.
