OMV Petrom Sells Dorobantu Wind Park To Transeastern Power B.V For EUR23M

OMV Petrom on Thursday announced the signing of a contract to sell OMV Petrom Wind Power SRL (Dorobanu Wind Park) to Transeastern Power B.V., a limited liability company registered in the Netherlands, a subsidiary entirely owned by Transeastern Power Trust, for the amount of EUR23 million.
