OMV Petrom To Disclose Directors’ Remuneration

Romanian oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) wants to set up a remuneration committee and make public the remuneration of the members of the Executive and Supervisory boards, Sorana Baciu, Strategy&Investor Relations manager at Petrom, said Thursday.
