OMV Petrom Transfers 19 Onshore Oil Fields In Romania To Mazarine Energy

Oil and gas company OMV Petrom transferred 19 onshore oil fields in Romania, plus three workover rigs and associated crews, to Mazarine Energy SRL, a fully owned Romanian subsidiary of Mazarine Energy B.V., for an undisclosed purchase price.
