OMV Plans Retail Network Cutbacks In Several Countries, Including Romania

Austrian oil and gas group OMV, the majority shareholder of Romania’s largest company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), will cut its retail network in several countries, including Romania, over the next three years, but it won’t leave any market, a company official said Wednesday.
