Petrotel Lukoil Refinery Sees Profit Up 7.5-Fold In H1

Petrotel Lukoil, the operator of the refinery in Ploiesti held by Russia’s Lukoil, ended the first six months of the year with almost 2.1 billion lei (EUR467 million) revenue, an increase of 8.6% on the year-ago period, according to Trade Registry data.
