Ponta Replaces Head Of Energy Regulator

Dan Iulius Plaveti has been recalled as president of Romania's National Energy Regulations Authority, by order of Prime Minister Victor Ponta, and replaced with Niculae Havrilet, former head of the Agency of State Domains and Mures county councilor on behalf of the Liberal Party.
