Romania’s Industry Power Consumption Up 18% in 2014

Romania’s industrial sector used 29 TWh of electricity last year, 18% more than in 2013 and also more than in 2008, when consumption reached 22.4 TWh. One reason for the increase is the move of some consumers from the regulated to the competitive market.
