Romania Should Offer 20-25% In Hidroelectrica IPO - Ex Privatizations Chief

Romania should offer a stake of 20% or 25% in the initial public offering of hydropower generator Hidroelectrica instead of its planned 15%, said former privatizations chief Gabriel Dumitrascu, adding the country has no other energy companies ready for listing.
