Romgaz Extends CEO’s Provisional Mandate Until April 2022

The Executive Board of Romania’s largest natural gas producer Romgaz Medias (SNG.RO) decided in its meeting of November 2 to appoint Aristotel Marius Jude to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a new provisional mandate of four months, from December 15, 2021 to April 15, 2022.
