Romgaz Seeks Shareholder Approval To Acquire Natural Gas Supplier

Romanian state-run natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz (SNG.RO) announced in a stock market on Wednesday (March 6) that it summoned the ordinary general meeting of shareholders on April 11, 2024 to vote on approving the acquisition of a package of shares or assets in a company active in the field of electricity and natural gas supply.
