Romgaz To Join OMV Petrom, ExxonMobil In Black Sea Project

Romanian dominant oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Wednesday signed an agreement with state-run natural gas producer Romgaz to potentially reassign a 10% share in their joint Midia block in the Black Sea.
