SAPE: International Court Of Arbitration Ruled CEZ Must Pay EUR5.7M Damages

The International Court of Arbitration ruled that Czech energy group CEZ failed to observe two of the main obligations undertaken in the Electrica Oltenia privatization, and has to pay EUR5.7 million damages, the Energy Shares Administration Company SAPE said in a statement Friday.
