Swiss EFT Sues Hidroelectrica For EUR80M Over Terminated Bilateral Contracts

Swiss energy company EFT, part of British group EFT, has sued Romanian power producer Hidroelectrica at the Court of Arbitration in Bern, Switzerland, claiming EUR80 million from the Romanian state-owned company for its abrupt termination of a bilateral energy trading contract.
