Unless Romania Invests In New Uranium Mine, Nuclear Power Station Will Run On Imports

Romania needs to invest in a new uranium mine in central Romania if the country wants to use internally-made, cheaper uranium for its nuclear power plant at Cernavoda. Otherwise Romania will have to import uranium for the nuclear power plant, which covers 20% of Romania’s energy production.
