Vimetco Plans To Reduce Its Ownership Stake In Alro Slatina

Russian group Vimetco, which holds 84.18% of the share capital of Romanian aluminum producer Alro Slatina (ALR.RO), is exploring strategic options for a potential decrease of its ownership stake in Alro, according to a statement issued Monday by Alro on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
