The Romanian state and oil and gas producer OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) are bracing for tough negotiations in 2014 over the royalties charged for Petrom’s oil and gas, Petrom and Exxon will drill their second Black-Sea well and Romania expects Chinese investors as a last resort for its energy projects.
