Esop: Office Owners Should Also Target Middle-Sized Companies

Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner of real estate consultancy Esop, one of the leading Romanian-held consultancies, says Bucharest has vacant office spaces with a lettable area of over 600,000 square meters in class A, B, and C office buildings and that owners of lower-quality buildings will have difficulties finding tenants given that large companies are currently only looking at the best new projects.
