Law firm Filip & Company has assisted Digi Communications in the acquisition by Fiber One Ltd. subsidiary of 51% in the share capital of Whyfibre Limited, which owns a fiber network currently under deployment in the counties of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire in southern England.
