Franklin Templeton Withdraws from Race for New Four-Year Mandate at Fondul Proprietatea

Franklin Templeton International Services (FTIS), the current manager of Fondul Proprietatea (FP), has has decided to withdraw its candidacy and cease its participation in the selection process for the appointment of a new Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) and Sole Director of Fondul Proprietatea for a four-year mandate, quoting significant differences from the evaluation of its offer by the Board of Nominees.
