GeoPost Prepares To Take Full Control Of DPD Courier

French-held GeoPost, a subsidiary of the French postal service, is preparing to buy the remaining 20% stake in parcel delivery service provider DPD, which will give it full control of the company (alongside Turkish partner Yurtici Kargo). One on the reasons behind the decision was the 30% jump in DPD’s turnover last year.
