GreenGroup Buys Majority Stake In Expert Cleaning

Green Group, a group of firms active in the recycling sector and majority held by investment fund Abris Capital Partners, has concluded an agreement for the purchase of a majority stake in the company Expert Cleaning, a provider of specialized cleaning solutions for heavy industries and do-it-yourself (DIY) stores in Romania.
