GSP Consolidates Position In Mexico

Grup Servicii Petroliere, the flagship company of the Upetrom group of Constanta businessman Gabriel Comanescu, is consolidating its position in Mexico, where it sent three offshore drilling rigs to work for state-run Pemex. It is also getting ready to start drilling in the frozen Artic waters for Gazprom Neft.
